He believed his home building skills could help build better homes. He also believed that the best communication comes from listening, and that you should always meet your commitments. Most importantly, he believed that if you showed a customer respect, they would return the favour through loyalty. The company he founded has now been joined by a third generation of his family, but the important things haven't changed since the day it began in 1958. |
