This award winning community is located in the most eastern part of Markham. Parks, schools, a hospital surround the 1,400 Victorian inspired single-family homes. Beaverbrook acquired 133 lots for this project. Our product consisted of single-detached homes on 26' wide lots starting at 1,140 square feet to 2,509 square feet; we also had townhomes from 1,150 square feet up to 1,680 square feet and semi-detached homes ranging from 1,220 square feet up to 1,680 square feet. Sales started in May 1999 and the project was completed in the fall of 2002.
