Maple Highlands

Located in the city of Vaughan in York Region. Beaverbrook developed 698 lots. In June 2001 Beaverbrook marketed and sold 93 of the 698 lots as 30' single-detached homes surrounded by a community center, walking trails and a lake. The sizes of the single-detached homes ranged from 1,016 square feet up to 2,030 square feet. This project was completed in the summer of 2003.
