About Beaverbrook The Megalots of Duffins CreekWhat was once a small town mostly surrounded by agricultural areas Ajax has grown considerably since the 1980's and is commonly considered part of the Greater Toronto Area. Beaverbrook acquired 46 lots for single-detached homes on traditional wide lots many backing onto ravine. These single-detached homes ranged from 1,250 square feet up to 2,700 square feet on 50', 60' and 70' lots. The project started in April of 1998, and was completed in May 2000. |
