This community located in Brampton is close to Professors Lake and consisted of 77 single-family homes that consisted of 22 semi-detached and 55 townhomes. The semi-detached homes varied from 1,278 square feet up to 2,046 square feet, the townhomes varied from 1,068 square feet up to 1,580 square feet. This project was complete in spring 2002.
