Upper Cornell

Continuing the New Urbanism of the award winning community of Cornell in Markham, Beaverbrook Homes launched Upper Cornell in July 2003. The 275 lots consisted of 23.5'semi-detached and 20' townhome designs. This project will be completed and fully occupied by December 2007. It is with these semi-detached designs that Beaverbrook won the GTHBA award for 'the best semi-detached home under 1500 sq. ft.' three times.
