Uptown Georgetown at Trafalgar Country

Georgetown is situated on the Credit River about 45 Kilometres from Toronto in the town of Halton Hills. It is here that Beaverbrook acquired 131 single-family homes within a total development of approximately 600 lots. Our homes are built on traditional 40' and 48' wide lots. The single-detached homes ranged from 1,265 square feet up to 3,230 square feet. The sales office opened in March 1999. The first phase of this project was sold out and complete in November 2001. The second phase is also sold out and completed in the fall 2003.
