Telling your friends and family about your new Beaverbrook home can be a rewarding experience.
As a Beaverbrook homeowner, you know all the care and planning that goes into building your dream home from start to finish. Why not introduce a friend or family member to the same dream?
Simply introduce your friend or family member to a Beaverbrook representative at any one of your communities across the GTA and pre-register your referral on their first visit.
If they purchase a new home we will reward both of you with $500 each. It's that easy!

Terms and conditions
- The person requesting the referral reward must personally accompany their friend or family member upon their first visit to any of our sales offices across the GTA and introduce them directly to the Beaverbrook Homes sales representative.
- This referral certificate must be completed and signed by all persons in order to be valid.
- The person requesting the referral reward must be the registered owner of a Beaverbrook home purchased since January 1, 2003
- The referral form must accompany the Agreement of Purchase and Sale at the time of signing and must be accepted by the vendor in order to be valid.
- No referral reward will be payable until both the person requesting the referral reward and the referred have successfully completed their respective transactions.
- No referral will be paid if the purchasing party has completed any previous registration form.
- Not applicable if referred by an Real Estate Agent.
- In the event of a conflict the decision of Beaverbrook Homes will be final.
- Beaverbrook Homes reserves the right to cancel the program at any time without notice. E. & O. E.

If you have previously purchased a new Beaverbrook home or condo from any of our outstanding communities and are ready to make a move, think Beaverbrook Homes.
As a Repeat Buyer, we will reward you $1,000.00. Simply visit any of our new home sales centres across the GTA for more details.
Terms and conditions
- The Repeat Buyer Reward Program cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional program offered by Beaverbrook Homes.
- The Repeat Buyer Reward Program shall be in effect from October 1, 2007.
- Eligibility only extends to those purchaser(s) who have purchased a Beaverbrook home after January 1, 2003 and is not retroactive to any Agreements of Purchase and Sale submitted prior to January 1, 2003.
- The Purchaser must have previously purchased, in their own name, and successfully closed a new Beaverbrook home directly from Beaverbrook Homes Inc. (the records of Beaverbrook Homes Inc. shall be the sole determinant of a previous Beaverbrook Homes Inc. purchaser).
- Any purchaser of a Beaverbrook home on the resale market, through an assignment of an Agreement of Purchase and Sale or a private sale is not qualified for the reward.
- A Repeat Buyer Rewards Program form must be completed, in full at the time of signing, must accompany the Agreement of Purchase and Sale and must be accepted by the vendor in order to be valid.
- The $1,000.00 will only be payable on the successful closing of the new home.
- Only one reward will be payable per home purchased.
- The reward does not apply to any employees, agents, or independent contractors of Beaverbrook Homes Inc. In the event of a dispute concerning the payment of the reward, the decision of Beaverbrook Homes Inc. will be final.
