2. Can I request prices over the phone?
A Beaverbrook Sales Representative at one of our many sales offices will be pleased to discuss pricing with you in person. Return to top   Δ
3. Why can't I change my colour chart and upgrades after we finished our appointment?
Once your choices have been sent to construction, paperwork is distributed over 30 or so trades. When changes are made after this process there is a risk of miscommunication and paperwork might not be processed until it is too late.Return to top   Δ
4. When I purchase a Beaverbrook home, how many finishes can I choose from?
It has been noted that a wide variety of finishes sets Beaverbrook apart from other Builders. When selecting your finishes, you will find ample selection in tiles, hardwood flooring, lighting and cabinetry to name a few. Our standard line included with your home offers plenty of selection, however we also feature upgrades for purchase in all areas of your home.Return to top   Δ
5. Will we be closing on time?
Beaverbrook believes that closing dates are an important part of our commitment to our Purchasers, and for that reason, Beaverbrook schedules closing dates to take into account factors which may delay construction of your new home.  Occasionally we may delay occupancy of your home due to factors beyond our control.  If this occurs, we will contact you to advise you of your new occupancy date. 6. Why can't we go through our house on site?
Due to stringent insurance requirements, we do not allow you to walk through your home or through the job site during construction.  There are multiple on-site conditions that may be hazardous to you which can result in a serious injury. Return to top   Δ
7. How long has Beaverbrook been building homes?
The company founded in 1958, has now been joined by a third generation of his family, but the important things haven't changed since the day it began. A rich history. 8. Are Beaverbrook Homes built to plan, or can I customize my design?
Unlike many homebuilders, we encourage our homebuyers to get involved in the design. While much of your home must be built according to plan, we are flexible and will work with you to ensure your ideas and reasonable alternations are taken care of. Return to top   Δ
9. When will sod be laid?
Within the first year Beaverbrook will professionally install your sod. Once installed, watering and maintaining the lawn becomes the homeowner's responsibility.Return to top   Δ
